How I will help you
Through one to one coaching (online or in person), I will help you develop, expand and realise your full potential, by addressing:
- Stress and anxiety management technique
- The importance of connecting with one’s values and purpose
- How we can use the map and model of archetypes to realise individual and team potential

- Becoming better at listening
- Boundaries and the importance of being able to say no

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to discuss what you are struggling with. I go beyond listening. I provide practical strategies, use the body, and offer you self-regulation tools to support your personal development.
I also organise group public courses. Information will be released via my newsletter.
Who can coaching help?
Coaching will benefit anyone who is struggling with any of the above.
In my individual coaching sessions, I frequently work with those who are self-employed. Common challenges are faced in this group – clarity around purpose, stress management, being seen, being heard, issues around money and work/life balance.
Through our work we will identify self-limiting patterns of behaviour and together we will work to change them – freeing you up to be the best version of yourself for you, your family and your business, or role in an organisation.
About individual coaching
We start with a free chemistry call. A first session to get to know one another. If we connect and we want to move forward, we have some further sessions to establish where you are, what your goals are and the potential journey in between. If it is a clear “yes” for both of us that we want to enter into a coaching relationship, we will discuss an appropriate programme that is specifically designed to meet your needs and your goals.
I ask for a minimum of six months’ commitment, the fee to be paid in advance.
After six months we have an evaluation session to review and decide whether we want to recommit to another six-month period.
