Mindful Movement courses: beat stress, relax and gain confidence
Do you struggle to relax? Are you tired, stressed out and just can’t find the time to create some headspace?
Modern life can be unrelenting. Work creeps into our home life. Email, social media and the lure of screens make it hard to switch off and find the quiet in our lives. Mindful movement helps by creating space in your life which allows you to “unplug” whenever you need to.
What is Mindful Movement?
Mindful Movement is an opportunity to learn how to relax, reduce tension and increase your self-confidence. You will benefit from some gentle exercise and being more aware of the physical symptoms of stress and how to alleviate them.
There are no moves to remember or complex sequences to learn. There is simply the time and space to relax, reconnect with yourself and discover some strategies to carry this sense of confidence and relaxation with you always. It doesn’t matter how fit you are and you can go at your own pace.
The techniques involved are adapted from Aikido, meditation and life coaching practices.
I offer a Beginners’ course and an Intermediate course as well as bespoke courses for corporate, public sector and local events. You can also combine Mindful Movement with life coaching in one of my VIP packages.
Beginners’ Course
Take time out to learn to relax and find calm in a busy world. Create space for yourself and learn ways to deal with the stress in your life.
Intermediate Course
Deepen your confidence, awareness, relaxation and embodiment and build on the foundations laid in the Beginners’ Course.
